Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind, in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
However, we are happy to exchange your purchase for something of equal value, or for a credit note of equal value, with a 3 month expiry. Your purchase must be returned in original condition with all packaging and labels intact, along with your proof of purchase, within 7 days of purchase.
However, we do not exchange or refund due to change of mind the following items:
Skin-care or personal grooming products, sale items, items not in original condition or packaging, or items returned later than 7 days from original purchase.
Faulty item? Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault, by phoning the store on 03 384 4880, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or in store.
If the item is found to be faulty after our assessment, we will repair, replace or refund the item, at our discretion, as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If your online order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive your item, and send us a photo to email@example.com for our assessment. We will send a replacement if it is available, at no charge. If no replacement is available, we will process a refund.
Special orders, including fabric and wallpaper, are not returnable or cancellable. Deposits are also non-refundable.
